Review summary

This cruise is a big ship with beautiful decor, not entertainment, very disappointed with the service very rude and the food everywhere terrible but specially in the main dinning the food was cold, they repeat the same plates in the menu, ask for a good review every night during my dinner time, honestly the food tasted like a microwave food.

I have been in many cruises since been very young different lines, I am not the type of person that is asking for much because I work in the Hotel industry myself for years and I have to say I have never experience in a cruise this type of service, the employees are extremely rude.

The ship was very clean. The housekeeping dept is the only ones that deserved a good review outstanding!

I have a balcony suite extremely small, I have never been in a small cabin like this one before, our room attendant was fantastic.

Thanks for your review, I have sailed on the Allure and don’t understand your complaints about nothing to do, nor the bad reviews regarding food and rude staff sounds like the problem may be you!

Definitely a fake review. We have absolutely no complaints about the Allure. Food delicious everywhere we ate, shows were fantastic , ports were wonderful and service was A plus!!!!!!

We sell the allure and our experience was very different good food wonderful service nobody was rude and the cabin was a regular balcony cabin plenty of room

Interesting, many complaints about food, but also many liked it overall. Wonder what the issues are (other than the ‘not cutbacks’).
