Review summary

This cruise is a big ship with beautiful decor, not entertainment, very disappointed with the service very rude and the food everywhere terrible but specially in the main dinning the food was cold, they repeat the same plates in the menu, ask for a good review every night during my dinner time, honestly the food tasted like a microwave food.

I have been in many cruises since been very young different lines, I am not the type of person that is asking for much because I work in the Hotel industry myself for years and I have to say I have never experience in a cruise this type of service, the employees are extremely rude.

The ship was very clean. The housekeeping dept is the only ones that deserved a good review outstanding!

I have a balcony suite extremely small, I have never been in a small cabin like this one before, our room attendant was fantastic.
