Review summary

Overall a good experience, but will probably not take another cruise. The service staff are amazing but are treated so unfairly.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth getting on the boat and going through security. The staggered times helped the flow of the crowd.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The main dining is incredible, from taste of food and service. Outside of the main dining, all of the food tastes the same, especially for a week long cruise.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Since it is such a big ship, there are so many people on board, making all spaces crowded. The pool deck is beyond crowded and hard to find a spot to sit out or be in the pools.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The best experience is the Aqua show. The comedians were terrible (not Royal Caribbeans fault).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff are AMAZING, but they are treated so poorly by Royal Caribbean management. It is practically modern day slavery…

Ship Quality

4 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The window in to the Promenade area caused for a lot of noise from late night parties in our room. Would not recommend this room to anyone that plans to go to sleep before 1 AM.
