Review summary

Although we enjoyed the "cruise," the negatives cancelled-out the positives. Royal Caribbean has done a horrible disservice to its passengers with its SMALL venue locations. Passengers waiting in line for an hour-and-a-half just to get seating for music or game (trivial, etc.) that only lasted 20 minutes! EVERYTHING WAS MUCH TOO LOUD!!! Disembarkation onboard was an absolute fiasco (no directives; confusing signage; disinterested, ill-informed crew members).

Eating venues (except formal dining rooms) were very cramped, too small. Need more elevators. Music, game venues too small. OVERALL, SHIP'S DESIGN IS NOT CONDUSIVE FOR 6,000+ passengers. LONG "WAIT" LINES WERE THE NORM!!!!!!!

Ray, our attendant, was excellent in every respect. Strived to make our cruise enjoyable.

DON'T!!!!!!!!! Severe design changes are necessary to make the ship enjoyable for all 6,000+ passengers!

Wow, your review is nothing like the fantastic time we had on the Allure in 2019. Of course, that was before Covid so I can see some things maybe different but not all you mentioned. We loved loved loved the ALLURE.
