Outstanding entertainment options. Mama Mia was great! Really enjoyed the comedy show, the ice show and the headliner (loved it so much I went twice)

All service staff were phenomenal. My cabin steward was excellent. Main dining room staff were spectacular. Customer service staff was helpful and professional. Spa staff were caring and delivered great services.
Ship Quality

Really well done. Best ship I’ve been on. Despite having thousands of people on board, it never felt crowded. Even the elevators were easy with rarely a wait.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was spacious. The AC/Heat worked well. Bathroom/shower were great. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress. Beds on their other ships were more comfortable.
Ship tip
Watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly. It can be cold/rainy in January
Torrential rain. They did not cancel the excursions. Hiked 1/2 mile to the bus through the rain and mud. Restaurants weren’t serving at Xcaret due to the weather. Half the passengers on the ferry were seasick.
