Expensive as it was a holiday cruise and I didn’t feel It was worth it. Did not get to see a good show (one of my favorite parts of a cruise) and the food was ok but it used to be a better quality. Maybe the specialty restaurants (which are not included) had better quality, but then, why would I pay for a cruise in which I have to pay extra for the cruise.
I personally think an all inclusive resort would have given me more for my money.
Also, the staff would benefit from some training as the tips are already withdrawn from your credit card and they were not as cordial as they used to be. Some are even rude.

Food and Dining

Many things are not included, the attractiveness of a cruise was the all inclusive deal, (with the exception of alcohol), and excellent food. I didn’t feel the quality of the food was that good. At least the one included in the cruise. Sodas not included and if you wanted water in your stateroom, you’d have to go get a glass of water from a restaurant or pay $2.00 per 500 ml water bottle.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment

My favorite thing in cruises is the shows, now you have to reserve way before your cruise. Even though I reserved, the show I reserved was cancelled and I didn’t get to see one single good show. The cruise is beautiful, but so may people fit in there that you can’t go see the show every time you want as it used to be.
Children's Programs

I had two teenagers who were excited about the teen club. Each time they went, it was closed and the only things to do for teens were basquet ball and ping pon (they were not interested). They constantly felt there was noting to do for them, even though I thought they were going to be busy throughout the cruise.
Service and Staff

Tips are charged to your credit card on file automatically now. I didn’t see the same courtesy, actually some employees were even rude to guests
Ship Quality

The ship is beautiful, clean and HUGE
Cabin / Stateroom

It was good, A little small in my opinion, Disney cruises have bigger cabins and it wasn’t even a balcony.
Ship tip
If you haven’t cruised in years, don’t expect the same experience in these big new cruises. Be aware they they are constantly trying to get you to pay more. You pay extra for internet, water, sodas, etc. everything in the ship is more expensive, even some of the things in clearence.
The “extras” have always been more (soda, bottled water, etc). If you are really dissatisfied with service you can take the gratuity off you just have to go to the desk. Service has declined since COVID everywhere so it msg be the same at an all-inclusive.
Cruising is not what it used to be, however, Internet service, bottled water, sodas, specialty restaurants, etc. were never free on Royal Caribbean. Water, tea, lemonade, juice/milk (at breakfast) are free.
