Your comment about drinks is not accurate. We were on the exact same cruise as you! The drinks were fine! No issues at all. The servers work so hard and we were extremely pleased with everything. We have realistic expectations and a positive attitude. The food was fine in dining room also! No complaints here. If you like even more upscale get a specialty dining package. We had a wonderful fun experience with a big group of friends & loved it. When there’s a small delay in getting off the ship, for one it wasn’t bad at all. And two, I thought it was very professional that they care enough about older people to help them get off safely. Caring people do that ❤️. I respect older people & I’ll soon be there someday. Patience and compassion goes a long way. Treat others with kindness as you would want to be treated is my attitude.

It’s not true that Royal waters down drinks. When I’m at the bars , I watch the bartenders and they measure the alcohol using shot glasses. You maybe used to drinks that have double the amount of alcohol..
