We enjoyed being on this large ship! There was so much to do. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious. I would certainly consider booking on this ship another time.

Food in the main dining rooms was delicious, I loved the French Onion Soup! The speciality restaurants food was very good. I especially enjoyed Giovanni's Italian Restaurant for their food, service and overall atmosphere. The food in the buffet was always top notch, I enjoyed the salads and the overall accompaniments.

I used the Vitality Spa and had a relaxing massage! My husband enjoyed the library and being in Central Park. He would read in this area.

Superb entertainment from the water show Oneanaria to the play Mama Mia to the live jazz and the comedians, the entertainment was fabulous!

Excellent service and staff! They pay attention to your every need even thinking ahead of what you would need so they can provide it. We had a cheese plate at our table every night because we enjoyed eating this before dinner. Our room attendant met our every need, the cabin was always clean and if we had a question or a need it would be answered and provided.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean! People were cleaning every day, night and day. For example, before we walked into the buffet, there were hand washing stations-staff oversaw the stations and guided each person to wash their hands before walking into the buffet. Every part of the ship was cleaned all the time.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin had plenty of space with lots of storage space. We loved sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning and reading a book out there in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than I anticipated.
Ship tip
Take advantage of Central Park on Deck 8 and the shops and restaurants on Deck 5. Be aware of which side your cabin in on either the Forward or Aft so you know which elevators to take.
The disembarkation experience was not a very good one. Our group was called along with every other group which meant there were lots of people walking around at the same time. This process needs better organization. We found our luggage, walked outside for the transfer and waited in line for two hours for the transfer to the airport terminal. There were very limited staff, people did not know where they should go, it was a very poor way to end the cruise.
