Yeah, I was on a cruise where a Pinnacle couple were "verbally" upset that we were sitting in the reserved area with them during a show. We had paid for the Key which gave us access to the reserved seating area. They weren't happy about that. Not all of them feel entitled, but when you encounter one it does leave a bad taste in your mouth.
