We had MTD. We booked our reservation ahead of time through the cruise planner. We ate at 6:45 pm each night. We did not have to wait long to be seated. A 6:45 pm reservation seemed to beat the MTD rush. It also work well with going to a show after dinner. Our servers in the MDR were Ernesto and Niven. They are the very best!
Onboard Activities

We did the zip line and rock climbing wall with little wait. Husband used the fitness center. Which was busy at the beginning of the cruise and not so busy by mid cruise.

We did the Dune Buggy excursion through RC. We first went to the Mayan Eden Eco Park - sloths & monkeys. Holding the sloth and having the monkeys climb on you was our favorite part. Then we road dune buggies and lastly spent two hours at Las Palmas Beach.
We did the dolphin encounter at Chankanaab Park and went snorkeling! This was our favorite excursion. The dolphin encounter was so cool and the snorkeling was amazing!
We did the tubing excursion through RC at Bacalar and 7 color lagoon. The lagoon is beautiful and the lunch was good. We only wished we had more time to enjoy at the actual lagoon.
