The ship was too crowded with long lines at ever place to get food. Even with a reservation we waited 15 minutes to get seated.
Six (6) months ago there were half as many passengers, wearing mask, this trip full capacity and No masks. No social distancing in elevator or theater or and large room.

Service in Main Dinning Room and 150 Central was outstanding. Chops was very poor service. We have been going to Chops for more than 10 years, and the food and service have gone down, while prices go up.

Love Mama Mia, great cast. Headliner was ordinary as were comedian. Ice show, Agua show we’re excellent. Music in Schooner’s was disappointing. She only played her own requests, and only at one volume, LOUD!

Room and furnishings are old and worn. Most importantly, the need for more outlets and especially at bedside is imperative. With iPads, Phones, iWatch, CPAP machines there are not enough outlets. Additionally, the towels in bathroom are rough like sand paper.

Make sure to ask for ICE, SOFT PILLOWS, EXTRA PADDING FOR MATRESS.
I was on this cruise too and agree that there were issues. We waited for at least 30 minutes every day for my time dining even though we had a reservation. There were many cases of Covid that we found out after the fact. Royal could’ve done a much better job.
Pandemic is over if you’re so worried about mask maybe u should worry about you only and not other options or just don’t go out on a cruise if you’re so worried …. Just my 2 cent
Yea I agree with the above reviewer. These were all self inflicted issues. Sounds like you stayed behind the crowd wave, vs in front of it. Allure and Oasis have the least amount of outlets of the Oasis class ships.... Its why I always use my EU-to-Usb hub have 4x highspeed USB charger plugs without using up a USA 110v outlet.... duh. You would think somwone who has been on so many cruises would have known to resolve issues? And social distancing or masks? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? It says your from FL and yet you talk like your from NY?!?!? Sheesh 🙄🙄
Wow, most of the things you are complaining about you already knew, since you have been on this ship before! You know how many people it carries, so why complain about it being too crowded?? You knew there were not enough outlets, yet you did not prepare for it.
