While some issues in the MDR were nightly issues the over all cruise was a success!

Food in main dining room did not meet the level of quality that we have become accustomed to on previous cruises. Quality of meats served were inferior to normal cruise quality levels. steaks were tough and full of gristle. several were returned by staff, unfortunately the replacement was no better. As a group were were very disappointed to find the buffet had returned to self serve again. While RCL Did a fair job in monitoring the washing of hands before meals, we saw several people bypass the washing stations after the were out of eye site of the RCL employee. This has happened on other cruises and continues even now. We feel it is to early in the current situation to stop the employee only serving the buffet. Food in the Windjammer was much more consistent and usually meet our expectation.

Waiters at times seemed to be a lost on how to handle situation with the quality of food in the main dining room. The maitre d' became involved due to the repeated poor quality of the meats being serve to our table of six. Some corrective action was taken, but the issue was repeated several time during the cruise. We as agroup are not that hard to please but, when you cannot cut a steak with a steak knifes then it is time to address the situation. unfortunately this repeated itself several time during our cruise.

Clean and the service from our Steward was top notch . The size of the cabin was what he expected.
Ship tip
Its a large ship, so that means a lot of walking no matter where you need to get to . So if walking is an issue, then pick your room in the middle of the ship.
Appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, there is very little that can be done to uncaring fellow passengers. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of the hiccups!
