From beginning to end this cruise was excellent experience. The food was incredible, the desserts next level, we rarely felt herded, we never felt there were as many people as there were on the ship. The service from every staff member was top-notch, and they all seemed happy to be there. The cleanliness was extremely noticeable and note-worthy. Cons: uncomfortable balcony chairs, i wish there were more shows available to go to, or interactive events.

The gym was well-equipped, the pool in the solarium was my favorite, the zipline was fun albeit I wish it was longer, the ping pong was super fun.

The Mama Mia cast was incredibly talented, the adult comedian was hilarious, the divers and other athletes in the aqua show were so impressive, the jazz musicians were in tune with the guests that were inspired to dance. I never lasted the night to make it to the club

Our main dining room service was incredible, our waiter was full of the perfect amount of personality and professionalism, the specialty dining waiters made our dining experiences so special. No matter where we were, they gave great recommendations for selections, we learned quickly that following their recommendations was the best policy as they were always right. Our ship steward was extremely helpful, very attentive, and very fast… somewhat like a magician providing an impeccably cleaned room, yet i rarely saw him, just his work. Whenever we did need him he seemed to be there. Once we even had an issue with the hot tub that wasnt working, we walked up to a random staff member, and they jumped right in to help, assessed the situation, contacted someone to fix it, and when i walked by the problem had been resolved. Overall the staff was very helpful, no matter where i ran into them, and they all seem like they really wanted to be there and were content and happy. Bonus: the starbucks even knew my order when i walked up.

This probably is one place that i really was extremely impressed with. These people were steam cleaning carpets and walls. The place always smelled clean, you visually saw them disinfecting everything, and hand washing stations were abundant and use required before entering every restaurant. I mentally noted these changes, and it was clear these measures were permanent. This was the cleanest cruise I have ever experienced, i feel like im not even expressing how incredibly clean the ship was with justice. It was 10x cleaner than i am even describing.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was incredibly clean, our attendant made sure of that. It was spacious, and there was plenty of storage for my mother and i, and both of us had definitely over-packed. There were also plenty of hangers. The beds and pillows were wonderful. I do have three negatives: i wish there were 6 pillows instead of 4 (i didnt ask for more pillows, so im not sure if they were even available). There were only 3 outlets, and they were on the far side of the room at the vanity, i wished there were two more by the bed. The deck chairs were extremely uncomfortable, with a sit time of 10 minutes before it was unpleasant.
Ship tip
Be patient to get on board, it is worth the wait, and isnt that bad. The rest of your trip will be totally great.
This was the fastest, most efficient disembarkation ive ever experienced. Definitely put your luggage out on the last night for them to take down, it made it even better.
