Review summary

I prefer a smaller ship but Allure was beautiful and staff were very friendly and accommodating for the most part. Casino needs to loosen the slots haha! All in all the family had a good time.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Iman our room steward was sooo good. Collin and Amit our waiters could not have done more. Fantastic!!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and germ conscious. Layout was good for such a huge ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
We had an inside 7281. Way too small for so with a walker. Could not move around at all. Guest services were almost rude saying “you got what you paid for” and said to move would cost $400.

Ship tip

Check out your room before unpacking. It’s not always what the picture shows.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

The Aviary was awesome. Interaction with the birds was great. Especially for children. The pool and shops were very nice. People were friendly. Not pushy.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
It was going ok until we couldn’t find our luggage at the terminal. They put all our bags in section 15 instead of 5.

Next time you book a cruise when you're going through the booking process at least online it asks you if you need a disabled access room I don't know if they offer them in the inside rooms but I know they have disabled access balcony rooms you can request which are set up for people with disabilities

Also we were around 50% capacity and other family members were given an upgrade to a balcony to clear the floor they were on for possible sick people.

We did not have a balcony. Our room was not listed 7281 is an inside cabin.

Only $400 to move last minute is not too bad assuming you would be moving to a big room. You already had a balcony so would that have been to a suite? That's less than an extra $20 pp/pd. But yes, they don't upgrade because room feels too small.
