Review summary

Allure was nice its our second trip on her. Needs to be updated especially the Casino Slots. Overall a fun trip.

Embarkation

Worse time getting aboard. We had a 11AM check-in and it took 1 1/2 hours to board while standing the whole time. Very uncomfortable and unorganized! Port Everglades needs to get it together.

Food and Dining

We only ate in the main dining room for dinner. We had anytime dining which was very unorganized from the first night. I booked all dinners at 6:30 after the first night and we still had to wait to be seated several nights. Dinners were over salted 🧂 to the point where my fingers and feet would swell. We ate once for lunch at the buffet and twice for breakfast it was well managed and ok. Again to much salt added to the food.

Onboard Activities

We had great seats by the pool which was a change for us. Usually you can't get near a pool , but with less people on the ship it was much easier to find a chair. Went to the Casino a lot. Slots definitely need to be updated they are all old ones.

Entertainment

We went to Mama Mias show which was excellent. The music and talent was amazing 👏 We went to the Oceania Arial show which was also Amazing! We went to the Ice Skating show also Amazing! Comedy shows were hilarious 😂 😃 my husband and I laughed so much it was fun! Don't miss the shows people they are all great.

Service and Staff

The whole staff was amazing. You could tell they were excited to have the ships back in service. Our waiters Ikoman & Hebrew were amazing and were always smiling and very accommodating. Our room attendant Susie Chow was wonderful. Our bed was hard as a rock. She did everything she could trying to make it more soft. She was great and our room was always spotless. 👌

Ship Quality

We were always seeing personal cleaning everything and wiping down railings. The ship is outdated and definitely needs a upgrade soon.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a Ocean view balcony cabin room 8156. It was nice except for the bed was hard as a rock. Our room attendant Sisie tried her best to make it soft by putting blankets under sheets. She also kept the room spotless.

Ship tip

Don't stress the rapid test. Get it done at urgent care we did and was accepted fine. Everyone seems to be stressed about it. Masks are abundant on the ship. We got them every day from our room attendant. Make sure you see the shows. They are all awesome
