Review summary

We loved the ship and planned our next cruise while onboard. I can't wait for next year!!

Embarkation

No waiting in long lines. We walked towards the gates and was waved over to the next agent.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was excellent. My only complaint was the breakfast eggs were always cool / cold. Maybe because we went later in the morning.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was something to do if looking for it. The pools were nice. Mostly the ones that were for adults only.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Very talented performers! And the musicians were excellent!

Service and Staff

Let me just say..WOW! I wish I could take some of these people home with me. They were so kind and ready to serve us instantly! Remembering our names the first time. Even away from the tables the said our names.

Ship Quality

Central Park was so neat! There was even real birds and butterflies in the trees. I have video of them. They also had piped in bird sounds, which made it feel like a real park. Great Idea RC!

Cabin / Stateroom

This room was so nice. It was in the back of the ship. So quite! BUT, it was a long walk to everything. The quite area was what we were wanting. Light sleepers.

Ship tip

Be prepared to do a lot of walking!

What a beautiful place. We only walked into the port area to do some shopping. We like to get Christmas Ornaments from each port we cruise to. People were so nice. No excursions for us.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

3 out of 5
We didn't like this port too much. The shopping was far from the ship. I felt un-comfortable here for some reason. Only got our Ornament and returned to the ship. We were only there for a few hours (9-1) so it was our preference to stay close to the ship.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
We got a beach clamshell for 2. So worth it price! We were real close to the water and still in the shade. It was real hot and very sunny that day and we didn't want to get burnt.

Disembarkation

When going through customs. Each person had face recognation. Ever other person did not pass and had to get in a VERY LONG line to have ONLY ONE officer check your passports. Confirming that it was really you. He only looked at your picture on the passport and said Okay you can go. Really?? Why couldn't the person that disqualified you look at the passport?

I enjoyed Allure. Oasis class are my favorite, wish they could go everywhere!

If you had taken the tour of Old San Juan, I think you would have had a totally different impression!

In the morning at breakfast in the buffet, yi u can go to the egg station where eggs are made fresh. I do it on all my cruises.
