Review summary

It is my first cruise and unfortunately was not the best experience due to overcharged in my account after fighting before disembarking (although they promised to correct the error - they didn’t),bad experience with the photo people (rude and disrespectful) and at the restaurant- ridiculous long lines (waiting sometimes more than an hour to be seated and your dinner was served so slow that last more than 2 hours - what a waste of your time) so many terrible experiences due to lack of customer service- they gave me the impression that they only wants your money at all cost but they forget that if the customer service is second to none people tend to spent more!!! Also, they should have menus for vegan diet and keto, Atkins, etc to accomodate different preferences- not everyone goes with the idea of break their diet habit when cruising.

My room steward was very friendly but about other staff like photography or spa not so much - lack of courtesy and professionalism

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Cruise outside looks amazing in comparison with other cruise - but unfortunately we got sick - too many children sick touching and coughing- inevitably I guess

Cabin / Stateroom

Mattress was not very comfortable but they clean the room twice a day

The best time ever!!! Great shopping!!! Friendly people!!! Awesome food!!! Unfortunately we were unable to do excursions due to the shot time there - it was scheduled to departure at 7:30pm and suddenly it was changed to departure at 1:00pm -but We have time to visit “La Fortaleza” (Governor’s house) inside with a tourist guide.

We cruise yearly and I have good allergies and sensitivity. I let my travel agent know so she tells the cruise line about it. They are really good about it. If there is something in the buffet you want but close to a food your allergic to, let them know and they will bring it from the back so it's not contaminated.

Cruise lines do offer a separate menus for Vegans. My brother and his girlfriend were on the Allure in January and they told their waiter they’re vegan and they brought out a separate menu for them.
