Don’t do this cruise unless you want to try and schedule everything by yourself for the whole cruise and you like rude staff That doesn’t understand English and can’t get your order right even after 3 attempts. It was nuts

They had 3 pages of activities everyday. But none of them wher very organized and of course you couldn’t understand the staff so you couldn’t even figure out the rules

There was only a hand full of staff that spoke English the language barrier was horrible. When they had any announcements or any activities where staff had to speak you couldn’t figure out what thewhere saying. Formal dining was a joke. They let people in with tee shirts,shorts, flip flops it was a free for all. If you don’t make reservations ahead of time you won’t be able to see most shows. Tons of activities but nothing lasted more than 45 minutes.

Avoid at all cost. I thought it was just me but after talking with several people onboard that have cruised many time. One had 54 cruises under there belt said it was the worse cruise ship they had been on. They too thought the customer services was really bad
Went jetsking has a great time the waves where amazing, saw dolphins in the bay. Beach was nice. Shops owners are pushy didn’t feel comfortable in the shops. Lunch was disappointing. Staff at beach found chairs for us. Just remember you will be on the beach with 5000 other people from the ship

Staff must have changed since my last sailing. When I was on everyone I encountered spoke English. Many spoke 3 or more languages. And overall service was superb. I gave respect. I received respect.
