Review summary

overall we had a good cruise..first time family came with us..ship was way too crowded..felt like we were always in a line or being pushed and shoved. we have cruised on large ships before but have never felt like there were a lot of people like we did on this cruise. food was amazing as well as the entertainment. staff was very attentive. the only thing that sours me with royal carribbean is the way they emphasize the loyalty program.. felt like those of us who were traveling with them for the first time were considered second class citizens..we weren't good enough because we didn't have enough points. I may consider royal carribbean in the future but for now i am going to cruise with cruise lines that want me there regardless of how many points i have.

did not like how they separated classes...have no problem with those who have a lot of points getting on ship first...should have their own line..but when i have to wait 2 hours to get on ship because people arriving after me with more points get to cut in front of me...thats not right..definitely discourages me from wanting to travel on this cruise line

Service and Staff

staff went out of their way for us.... Quincy was our room steward and he was always available. on the other cruise lines we met the steward the first day and never saw them again.
