Review summary
I had a bad experience with the prepaid arcade credits for my son. After going down to the customer service desk 5 yes 5 different times I was able to get it taken care of. In that time I dealt with rude people and my son did not get to use all of his money we purchased. I would prefer to not waste my vacation time talking to rude people and not getting my issue resolved in a timely manner when on vacation. Not one time was I offered a refund for this error or a courtesy arcade credit, etc.. Once they figured out the error after 5 days I got my money back but it was on the last day so my son didn't get to use all of his money on the account. Also I had my daughter set up to not have an expense account and she was automatically linked to ours, so she was able to charge items when we specially asked that she not be able too. Dealing with the money issue on this trip was not fun by any means. I would never use my card on an expense account again. I will pay cash if I ever go on another cruise again.Embarkation
