Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The menu had same food just rotated it all seven days. The night times had as choices as complementary foods such as heated frozen pizza didn't nighttime buffets or many complimentary snacks. Room service had the 18% tacked on so it was no a choice if one wanted to sleep late.

Service and Staff

The windjammer was crowed and had the same food. In the dining room the waiter kept nightly reminding us to give him a 10 rating. The busboy had to be asked to refill our water and ice tea drinks. The main dining rooms had the tables so close it was hard to get through. The menu was the same just rotated the items.

Ship tip

If you got trip insurance or are able to cruise another line change. Not worth the frustration. according to how the service is provided. Our luggage was with the wrong which made us wait at least an hour. Too

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Very confusing and this was Only our ship docked.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

The island was too far away. The ship should have provided shuttles considering there were elderly and children on board. We were not able to relax because the residents were constantly selling items even foot massages. I understand that is their livelihood but we went there to relax not to purchase. Paying $10 per person for a beach chair was outrages.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Not worth disembarking. Not much to see. Very rude people it seemed we were congesting their tourist area. Did not visit Old San Juan.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Long walk, they did have a shuttle if you were lucky to catch it. The food was excellent.
