Review summary

Wonderful ship and crew. Hopefully we come across such fantastic crew members on our future cruises!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth, as it usually is at Ft Lauderdale! We had spent a few days in-state before, so we dropped of our rental car at FLL, and snagged a Uber. From the time we got out of the Uber, the only time we stopped walking was to be patted down at security, and when we got to the check-in desk. otherwise "smooth sailing" - Pun Intended

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining room was fantastic, as is par for the course across RCCL. Windjammer breakfasts seemed particularly...underwhelming. However, Dinners are pretty spectacular

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
HUGE assortment of onboard activities. Way more than anyone could do in 7 days!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was pretty stellar. Mama Mia! was well performed. Matt Ganim(THE PIANO MAN!) is extremely talented and friendly. I hope he some day signs another contract with RCCL, because I will specifically book a cruise that he will be on!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent in-room service, bar staff, and dining room. Had the opportunity to Hang out with Matt Ganim(The Piano Man) while he tickled the ivory, and Craig(Played Bill in Mama Mia!) while he was not performing. These 2 gentlemen personify all of the great Australian stereotypes, and Craig introduced me to a "Proper Pint" (I had no idea there was such a thing) and where to get one on the Island of St Maarten

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
beautiful design, and furnishings.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin is well designed, with a Royal King bed(or 2 twins) Loveseat, coffee table, vanity, bedside tables, refrigerator, and a HUGE window. because this cabin is at the front of the ship, you have an angled wall, that adds a TON of additional floor space.

Ship tip

If you have a forward facing room, make sure either your lights are off, or your curtains are closed at night, or else you will get a call from the Navigation Bridge asking you to close the curtains

Take the champagne cruise and snorkle! Crew is very entertaining and knowledgable

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Favorite port, aside from Key West, in the Caribbean!

Disembarkation

Walked off with our own luggage so we could make our flight. Will follow this method forever.
