Review summary

All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and most likely will go on more maybe just not as big of a ship so we can get a bit more quality of food overall.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was smooth and actually quit easy with a big family all traveling together.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The regular food was OK. It was obvious that they were making a lot of food for a lot of people it wasn’t anything special. We’ve been on a lot of cruises and have noticed a difference. However the specialty food that you have to pay extra for was amazing and worth it. However The fact that you had to pay more for a better quality of food was a downside. Being that you already pay a lot for the cruise to begin you’d figure to have to pay extra for better food.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We enjoyed the kids play area however it was disappointing that my infant only had one place to place in. Also the zip line seemed longer and appeared better online than what it actually was and also was a hassle to do. I brought shoes but wasn’t to their specification and was a bigger ordeal than needed to be. The flow rider was super fun!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were awesome and kept my children’s attention. We really enjoyed them. Loved That there was a variety of them.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
This was great! Felt my kids were safe and seemed like they enjoyed themselves. Hard part was that with infants you needed to make reservations and I don’t know so we never got alone time without her plus you had to pay for them.!Unlike the kids the are free.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was spectacular. Our main server Michelle for dinner was amazing! She took note of the things we liked and brought us stuff before we even needed to mention it! Was fast, polite and did some fun things with kiddos at the end of meal. She went above and beyond in serving us. Her helper olensa was also amazing. The head waiter Francisco did a great job training them and even was helpful in making sure allergies of some were taken care of.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout was great and clean all the time.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Being that we had four ppl in our cabin it was a bit tight but it stayed clean for th most part.

Ship tip

Make sure to precook shows if you really want to go.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Beautiful beach. Didn’t do any excursions and didn’t feel like we needed to. There was a beach and water splash pad which was perfect for the kids. Plus a free lunch was a nice touch.

Falmouth, Jamaica

4 out of 5
Downs side was a long drive to and from the excursion place. We did dune buggy and it was a blast.

Cozumel, Mexico

Great port to explore! We did the chocolate tour which was fun to experience whoever to buy a bar It was so expensive $8 a bar. Over all your was ok. There’s a lot shopps at this port which was fun to explore.
