Review summary
Overall a great cruise. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Usha the Diamond Lounge Concierge was extremely helpful and a lot of fun. She really enhanced our cruise. Except for several surly bartenders the Schooner bar, the staff could not be better. We were disappointed in the food in Chops, especially for how much it cost. Also, the service there was not worthy of Royal Caribbean. it took 2 hours and 40 minutes to eat. The service was the worst I've seen in 37 cruises. The food on the Allure is far better than it was on our last 5 Royal Caribbean cruises. The food selection and quality on Royal Caribbean ships has been spiraling down, but I understand that is going on with most cruise lines. The Allure food was a pleasant surprise.Embarkation

Ship tip
Don't worry about finding your way in such a large ship. It is laid out exceptionally well so it is easy to understand how to get to where you want to go.
