Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was extremely smooth. We arrived at the cruise port around 10:45 am with our group of 28. The signs were clearly marked with each Deck number, suites, Diamond, etc. Our bags were checked through screening. I brought 2 bottles of champagne and they sent them right through after inspecting them. We then went to check in - didn't wait at all. Provided our signed SetSail forms, ID's and Credit Card. Then waited for about 20 minutes in our designated area to be called to board. Very fast and smooth!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Overall VERY happy with all dining! We dined at The Samba Grill with 10 of us for our "First Night Done Right" Fantastic restaurant! 2nd night was Formal night - 32 of us - not our favorite - 3rd night I forget :) - 4th night - 150 Central Park - Our favorite meal! 5th night- Giovanni's Table - again excellent! 6th night-Izumi's - Very Very good - 7th night and last night - Giovanni's again - so good! We did not buy any dining package but will definitely purchase it next time.

Onboard Activities

So much going on - We had people in our group do just about everything - flow rider - zip line - rock climbing wall - carousel - pool activities - fitness center - jogging track - Casino (with winnings $$!) Whirlpools - Solarium - you name it we all did it - all happy people!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Lot's of fun attending most shows, game shows, On Air Club - all were fantastic

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cannot say enough about every single staff! Everyone went over and beyond t make us feel welcome and special. From the restroom attendants to the highest staff - everyone was smiling, greeted us all and help out. We all could not believe how hard everyone works on this ship! Kudos to everyone!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very Very clean - everywhere- and the staff was constantly wiping, sanitizing, mopping, etc.

Cabin / Stateroom

We absolutely LOVED our Crown Loft Suite! Tons of room, huge balcony, lots and lots of storage space and hangars, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers which was great for getting ready in the mornings, Balcony just had 2 chaise lounges and a small table, only thing I would have liked is a small table and chairs. The most amazing part of our suite was our two room attendants - Carmen and Mohammad - THE BEST!

Ship tip

One tip - Just do it! Another - Luggage Valet Service - so worth it Suite if you can swing it - so so many perks, suite lounge, suite sun deck, concierge Dexter and Dudley who were able to find us tables of 16 for specialty dining 3 times at peak times!

We arrived a day early, stayed at The Hampton Inn Las Olas (free shuttle service from airport, to downtown area and to cruise port) and we did the Water Taxi for the day. Very fun - great clean city.

Overcast day - all 28 of us walked off the pier, no one was hassled by the locals, we just politely said no and moved on. We all walked to Junkanoo Beach (about a 20 minute walk) streets were busy, smelly and dirty but not a bother or problem. The Tiki Beach Bar on the Beach was the best - they put us all on the beach - nice tables and chairs, great beach, great drinks. Walked back and stopped in The Bearded Clam - great place for drinks! Great time - We needed to be back on the ship by 12:30 so there wasn't much time for an excursion.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

We did the High Speed snorkel Cat- 2 island excursion. Was OK - wouldn't do it again - Over 130 people were packed on a very small tight cat.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

Beautiful island! We booked through Resort For a Day through our Travel Agency and went to The Marriott Resort and Casino. We had a great time! Resort is presently under renovation in all the public areas, but it didn't interfere with what we wanted to do - pool, beach, dine and drinks, Great place, highly recommend

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Luggage Valet Service - Do it if you can! Fantastic disembarkation because of it. It is complimentary for suite guests and $25 PP for non suite guests. We were escorted off the ship at 9:30 am and breezed through customs. Everyone in our large group said disembarkation was a breeze. Download Mobile Passport to make this process easier also.
