Review summary

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Aquatheater Suite and had the "Star Class" included with our stateroom (We will always book without this extra amenities)! This meant that we had a "Genie" assigned to us during our entire stay (Daniel was amazing, discreet, and did a fantastic job for us). This Genie took care of making reservations to everything we wanted to do and see on the ship! We had early embarkation, all access to the Coastal Kitchen (Star and Sky class only), dining at all specialty restaurants, premium drink package (21 and over), reserved seating at every entertainment venues, complementary VOOM (High Speed Internet), complimentary gratuity, priority disembarkation at certain ports, deluxe linens and bath products. We had a fairly early flight on our way back home and Daniel made sure we were of the ship and through custom before 7:30am! This trip was an experience of a lifetime... The excursions we picked were ok, I think we will be handpicking the different places we want to visit, or activities we want to do on our own, next cruise.

Everyone was super nice, but the people who went beyond were... Daniel, Irwin, Amid and the entire crew at the rising bar!

Loved the super large balcony and the fact that we could eat breakfast out there every morning! Our attendant Irwin was very nice and always an effort to give us time to get ready in the morning and afternoon before he came in to clean! The room was always very nice and clean!

Ship tip

Specialty restaurants are great for lunch since they aren't as crowded, Central Park Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch, and make sure to get to all the main entertainments early if you don't have reservations!
