Review summary

The ship was clean, beautiful and nicely staffed with professional people.  Everything was great until Labadee.  We decided on the zipline excursion and absolutely loved it.  The lunch provided by RC was excellent too.  The only suggestion I have is to make sure signs are posted on the beach concerning coral and broken rocks.  At the end of the zipline there were many postings of no swimming.  We decided to relax after our zipline trip further down the beach close to the Artisian Market. You could actually see the people going by overhead on the zipline. There were plenty of chairs on the beach and people were out in the ocean on rafts relaxing so we thought it was safe to walk in the water.  We saw no warning signs about the coral or no swimming.  Unfortunely, my husband fell and broke his ankle.  I overheard a couple talking behind us as we were getting my husband to a  chair complaining about how rough and almost impossible it was to walk into the water due to coral and rocks.   We had to take my husband  back to the boat in a wheel chair. Luckily, it was at the end of our trip.  Saturday my husband had to spend the whole day in our cabin with his leg propped up and taking pain medicine. I do want to say the medical staff on the ship was great and very helpful. Thankfully, we were with friends and they helped me with pushing my husband in the wheel chair to dinner, and unboarding on Sunday.  Please place warning signs in this area to prevent others from being hurt and ruining the last of their vacation and having to miss work when returning home. Or, better yet clean out the coral in the swimming area.  It was a swimming area because they had ropes indicating where to swim safely.  I would hate to see children run in and become injured as well as any other adults.
