Review summary

This was my first time cruising on the Royal Caribbean. The boat was fantastic. I have cruised with the Carnival twice and lets just say I won't be cruising with them anymore. We had phenomenal customer service with the food and dining staff. Anthony Ilad and his team were amazing and on point. I give them 10 stars. I would have rated my overall experience a 5 but I purchased the drink package. I didn't really take advantage of it because most of the bartenders were douche bags and the customer service sucked. The waiters gave better customer service. Overall it was good experience.

The cabin was alright. I feel I overpaid for what it was. I should have got the ocean view.

St. Thomas taxi service is insane, scary, and cut throat. Those guys try to definitely maximize their cab fare and squish as many people into one cab. Definitely ask how much the fare is or they will cheat you.

Cab service was pleasant and so were the people. It was a beautiful experience.
