Review summary
My husband and I have traveled on many cruises. This was one of the worst cruises. The food was repetitive and unflavored. The staff appeared overwhelmed and over worked. The amenities such as surf rider and rock climbing wall were only open for about 3 hours a day. The ice skating ring also had limited hours and could only accommodate a small number of people. The ship was very clean and our stateroom attendant was very attentive. However, my brothers and uncles attendant was very lazy. She cleaned the rooms with a minimum standard, and was asked several times to leave towel animals and just didn't, until the 3rd or 4th time asked. The wait for the main dinning room was ridiculous, at least one hour we waited to be seated. The dining room staff the first night was nice, but the other nights weren't as ,memorable.

Ship tip
Smaller ships provided better service. Also, there are no water slides on ship... Best time to try surf rider is at sea if its open.
