Review summary

Suite guest lounge and dining was the highlight. We bought a package of 5 dining meals On my time. Specialty restaurant service was poor to fair at the most. Items mixed up on orders. Delayed service for wine, and a uniform lack of the understanding of the wine discount on our Ultimate Package for drinks. Staff wanted to argue. We took our complaint to the Food & Beverage manager @ guest relations and showed him the web page for the package on an iPad. We also took the current sales flyer from the Promenade deck and demonstrated the difference. It was 20% discount off. The ship is beautiful, better than OASIS. As Diamond Plus cruisers, this our 22 trip. Color us disappointed. Our cabin attendant was the Star of the trip. The Grand Suite was also smaller than any other which we've stayed in.

Ship tip

Best bar on the ship is in Central Park, along the walkway. Michael, from Jamaica, was our favorite bar tender, and very entertaining.

We loved the Bar in Central Park too!!! Richard was our man (He was the manager of the group) and I remember and loved Michael too. They definitely made our cruise memorable.
