7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Even though the Allure and her sisters, Oasis and Harmony, are the largest cruise ships in the world, one rarely feels like they are crowded on board. There are plenty of venues for passengers, with tons of stuff to do. A word to the wise: if you're going to see the shows, make your reservations in advance to get the best seats. The food and activities were wonderful. I'm a loyal Royal Caribbean cruiser.

Main dining was fine, and specialty restaurants were abundant and amazing.

The Broadway show is a big draw, but don't miss the diving show (Ocean Aria) or musical/acrobatic review (Blue Planet).

The vendors in many of the waterfront areas are aggressive.

Don't miss the famous "Maho Beach" (Airport Beach) and watch the people get blown into the water from the jet blast. The burgers and Dutch fries at Sunset Beach Bar are delicious.
