Review summary

This cruise was a 50th birthday celebration for my husband.  We've cruised with Royal Caribbean before but it was 10 years ago.  We were pleasantly surprised by the changes. One of the upgrades I most appreciated was the digital boards on each floor to help navigate where we wanted to go and the ability to check activity schedule. There were a couple of negatives.  We liked a stateroom for the  most part.  The biggest negative about the room was it lacked privacy as it was overlooking central park with a bunch of other staterooms.  We also had an unpleasant experience with one of our spa treatments.  One of the shows, Blue Planet, was horrible. However, overall we enjoyed our vacation.

Our stateroom attendant, Miguel, was great. I didn't like the view or the fact that it lacked privacy. Next time I will ask for ocean view.

Avoid the beach that is closest to port if you like quiet.
