Review summary

your staff was amazing, the games need to be updated and the room with the pullout bed for 4 people is to small and the bed is very uncomfortable and dirty .The guy who took care of our room was amazing, the staff who took care of us at dinner was also amazing Allure is lucky to have them on staff.

The room is too small for 4 people our agent should of advise us about that it was very cramped and the pull out bed that was in the room was dirty and very very uncomfortable , WE took turns sleeping on the bed but it was the same everyone complained the pull out was horrible. I think we should get a credit for the room, everything else was good.
