7 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip) Sail Date: April 05, 2015 Ship: Allure of the Seas Cabin Type: Balcony Cabin Number:12179 Traveled As: Family (older children) Reviewed: 2 years ago
We have cruised with RC in the past and loved it. We thought it was above all other cruise lines. In the past we felt pampered, almost. This time, very different. Our room had little bugs in it, tried calling the room attendant twice with no response, by the pool you have to practically beg to get a waiter to get you something. Not enough for our kids ages between 18-20. I feel like they have lost in what I considered the best in customer service. Very sad, because we had invited other people on the cruise with us. Never had I experienced bug problems on a ship!

food great but was seated at a 5-6 person table with 7 people. They could not get us a bigger table. But, nice waitress.

Cabin / Stateroom
Had bugs all over the desk, never got rid of them. Tried to call room attendant twice with no response. Then when we saw him going to eat so, not thinking about it.
