Review summary

The Cruise ship was clean, staff friendly. There were many restaurants. shop (although we think there could be more varied selections of goods - example, could not find a swim suit on board) and activities to keep one occupied. While Violet enjoyed the spa she found some of the front desk employees to be a somewhat officious in dealing with clients to the point of being rude.

Service and Staff

Our cabin steward Christopher was the best!! He seemed to be on hand whenever you need him and was happy to attend to our need - his service was exceptional!

Cabin / Stateroom

Other than the desk chair, we had a single arm chair for two of us - this need to be looked at when there are two persons in a cabin.

Ship tip

There need to be signs throughout the ship about smoking as some passengers were smoking in the passage ways and elevators - this is bad and we believe a safety factor plus many of us are allergic to cigarette smoke. There could be a little more control of children running around everywhere!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Did not go ashore and we were there before

Falmouth, Jamaica

The great house plantation was most enjoyable and our tour guide kept us amused and entertained.

Cozumel, Mexico

This tour can be improved upon - Ferry service was not great in any direction and seemed to be designed for marketing their products - the ruins were not as impressive as we had expected and too much time spent listening to a guide, who rightly so, was proud of his heritage.
