Review summary
Allure of the Seas like its sister ship Oasis, is a beautiful and innovative ship. It is very clean, well maintained and smooth/comfortable sailing. Though it carries a very large number of passengers, for the most part the size of the ship provides adequate amount of space and it does not give the person this overcrowded feeling. The only minor issue we encountered was that the temperature in our cabin, hallways and most of the ship was higher than we have experienced in other ships. Sleeping at night after a long hot day in the sun was uncomfortable at times and our thermostat was set at lowest setting. The crew was great. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Our wait staff was great and our room was well taken care of. We tried the Samba Grill one night for Brazilian barbecue and found the food somewhat disappointing. I have been to several restaurants in the Chicago and Las Vegas areas in the past that served better flavored meat. We felt that the food was bland. We love both ships and would not mind sailing them again; however, we would like to see some different itineraries to deliver a different experience. We have been to both the eastern and western Caribbean ports many times and it gets old after a while. You'd like to see something different!Ship experiences

Ship tip
The Solarium Bar is a nice place to relax and get away from the sun for a while. The Viking Lounge is a nice place to visit at night.
