The young man kept the cabin very clean & tidy. Unfortunately the beds were the worst I’ve ever experienced, uncomfortable, old possibly a 2 inch ‘ bunky’ mattress on a fluted metal base. We tried turning it over, rotating etc., complained but to no avail. So due to lack of sleep it was an issue in the enjoyment of the vacation. My advice, avoid booking an inside cabin on this ship.

We just got Off The same Ship Oceanview room beds hard as a rock others complained as well Horrid to sleep On

That’s strange! We booked an inside cabin on the same ship and had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! Our room was dark, quiet & cold. However, we had a rattle coming from the cooler. When I complained, maintenance replaced the cooler the same day. You would think the steward would have been able to resolve your issue.
