Just like any business, needs more employees. I know everybody works as hard as they can. But you have less people, but you’re still required to pay the amount that you have to pay in your
Embarkation
2 out of 5
We embarked in Texas, it’s still a fairly new facility for cruise ships, need a lot of work communicating with each of the employees. Little chaotic. We asked lots of questions and it seem like a lot of people that work there had no idea what I was asking.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
We chose eating breakfast at the Windjammer, same old food that royal Caribbean Has had for years nothing new. With what you pay for I think they need to have a little more variety. I had a hotdog for lunch every day the evening dining room I was a little confused. We signed up for 815 dining area. Once we got there, we were told that we had to make reservations for that time which was new to us because we made reservation and we just assumed our dinner was at 8:15. They called it my dining, which means you do not have the same table every night, nor do you have a same waiter is not personal at all.
Not too sure if it was the length of the cruise, which was a five day or, but I miss the evenings of lobster tail or other seafood, Missy, baked Alaska
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Same old activities, bellyflop by the pool, newlywed game. The only thing I was not happy with was with eating so late it was no late time entertainment. With this ship, there really wasn’t a small gathering for a comedian.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We ate breakfast and lunch in the wind jammer, like the ideas of having hand wash sinks, instead of disinfectant. We had a very energetics, friendly person, welcoming us with a smile and a dance. Nita
Our evening meal in the main dining room, you can tell who was a veteran waiters. I enjoyed them, remembering our names will always recommend food, and if we had issues with our food, they always made it right. Neynaldo&Mary
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
You can tell that the ship was a older ship. i’m thinking it possibly needs a lot of upgrades. Simple things like paint worn off the walls in the showers. updated furniture.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward did her best, constantly working. The shower ceiling. There was paint missing, scraped off rust in the areas.
Ship tip
I’m thinking with the age of the ship. It’s trying to keep up with the newer ships without doing any upscales revamping. Overall a good cruise just with a few flaws
Getting off the ship was a little different, even though we went to our stations to get released, but it was like a herd of cattle every just got up and started walking around. No one really knew what was doing and there’s really wasn’t too many people helping us to figure out where to go. The pier, the way it was designed. It was very hard to figure out where to go out to get your transportation bus and again people could not help you because they had no idea.
I guess I'm just confused. If you did the allure in February, what questions would you still have had about the new Cruise terminal? The pick up and drop off areas are a little bit different, but other than that it's all pretty well laid out. And, is it possible you had my time dining and didn't realize it?
