We had a nice time spent relaxing by the pool, reading and watching our grandson play baseball on our ipad. The wifi was pretty good and the option to switch devices was very convenient. Would have apprecited a designated area for smokers.

Dining room experience was as expected; Service was outstanding, but food quality and selection was a disappointment. Our waiter went above and beyond, but was limited by the menu. The food at the Windjammer however, was outstanding. Quality and wide selection of choices was more than expected. Well done!

Most shows were during the dinner hour and we were unable to get there in time.

Service was outstanding from wait staff to room stewards. Did see some staff in Windjammer dining room that were less than enthuiastic in their jobs and that was surprising. Bad day or just poor attitude seemed to be the case.

Cabin was comfortable, clean and size was perfect for the two of us. I was greatly disappointed in having only 2 outlets on the room and none near the bed. Your team should look to the amenities that most hotels today provide, eg: USB or "C" outlets on either side of the bed in addition to electricsl outlets. This ship was updated in 2018 and that should really have been considered.
Ship tip
Study the ships maps and get acquainted as quickly as you can. That will make getting around faster and better. Use the ships map near each elevator to orient yourself.
