Review summary

Great 5 day getaway from Bayonne. Service was a bit slow because they were understaffed. Otherwise, nice but Celebrity is MUCH better. Did them twice before this and RC offers very little. Sorry, was very loyal, no mas.

Cabin person Orlando went above and beyond. They are understaffed so she was still doing cabins at 10 pm which I have never seen before. RC needs to get their act together. Great staff, poor management.

Ship tip

Book with Celebrity. RC has become lower class. Shorts and baseball hats in the main dining room? Like a bunch of rednecks or upstate New Yorkers. No class. (Even us Jersey Folks get dressed for dinner). Won’t be be on Adventure soon or ever.

Other than going to horseshoe bay beach, stay on the ship and enjoy the pool, especially with kids. Absolutely nothing at the dock for kids.

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

Only one place to go in Bermuda….Horseshoe Bay Beach. Best beach on the Planet. Get up early and take a taxi. $7 per each way. Excursion is a rip off. Trust me.

I do find it strange what some people think is suitable attire for a MDR, but it’s not something that would spoil my enjoyment at all, each to their own. Glad you enjoyed the cruise even if the ship isn’t for you, and nice that you recognised overworked staff, seems to be common across the board, hopefully all the cruise lines get that sorted soon.
