Review summary

Wonderful baby moon! Highly recommend the Chakanaab excursions for Cozumel and beach breaks with lunch in Costa Maya! Deck 11 jr suites are quiet and peaceful! Chop’s and Sorento’s had great food. Loved Windjammer. Ship is easy to navigate. Ship is well maintained, still has plenty of activities for all ages without being a mega ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Chop’s food quality is great, venue is tiny, skip the red velvet cake. Main dining steak is edible but the premium steak was DELICIOUS! Windjammer selections are varied and good quality. Loved the daily soups.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We iced skated but I don’t feel they maintain the ice well. It’s not smooth. Mini golf course was enjoyable. Hubby rock climbed, I couldn’t with my baby bump. I went to the spa activities.

Entertainment

Went to the ice skating show. They were very talented! Comedy show was ok.

Children's Programs

Son came back happy. He always enjoys Adventure Ocean.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Usman from Indonesia was our room steward for cabin 1106. He was so friendly and made us feel at home. Ruffa was our dinning staff at table 512. She made my favorite tea every night!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship is easy to navigate and clean. Only complaint is on port days, decks 1-3 smelled LOUDLY like a garbage dumpster when leaving and coming back onboard. Don’t book a cabin on decks 2 or 3 to avoid that lingering odor!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin is new! Balcony is huge and private! There’s plenty of shade on the balcony but you can still tan on sunny days. Provided robes were sooo comfy! Walk in closet easily doubles as a second changing room when others are showering. The coffee maker was loud but a welcome plus! TV is new but small abut 29”. There’s no privacy curtain between the bed and sofa so bring your own. Bed and sofa sleeper are soft and very comfortable. Room was spacious with long couch & 3 chairs. Balcony had 2loungers, 2 chairs & a table. Room is QUIET, no sounds from gym nor solarium. Cabin is at front of ship so the balcony stays breezy and movement is notable but not overwhelming. Would book this cabin again!

Ship tip

Don’t book on decks 2 or 3! It smells LOUDLY like a garbage dumpster on port days!
