Review summary

Overall, cruise was very nice. Not overly impressed with Costa Maya. Cozumel was nice (even for our 5th visit here).

The service was good. Meal choices were also good. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star, was due to a reduction in portion sizes since our RC cruise last October and having to wait for 30 minutes for our desserts. That said, I still highly recommend the Main Dining Room!

I love the variety of available options for all meals on all days of the 5 night cruise. Staff is consistently attentive as well.

Our headliner was a Four Seasons cover band called "Oh What a Night" and comedian was Steve McGrew. Both acts were amazing. The Royal Caribbean Orchestra was great.

This venue is nice. On this trip, there was no walk up bar service, but waiters were readily available.

For the most part, the ships layout and design are very good. Only reason I don't rate 5 stars is due to the number of times we found the hand sanitizer stations to be empty and lack of visible cleaning of high-touch areas of the ship (handrails and elevator buttons)

I found the excursions to be quite expensive. So we just did our own thing at the port. I walked by the dolphin excursion provider at the port and was quite disappointed in the condition of the water the poor dolphins and unsuspecting tourists interact in.
