My first cruise. A lot on board said it wasn’t a very good cruise. I will give cruising another chance. It definitely was an experience!

Main dinning room service was excellent. The food was kind of blah. The Windjammer buffet was ok. A lot of repeat dishes. The rolls were so good. Service was great except the hosts got a little rude.

Onboard Activities

There really wasn’t a lot of activity, unless you like to gamble or sit in a bar and listen to the same guy playing Stairway To Heaven on a guitar. Pool deck was fun.

I’m giving a 5 just because the ice show was excellent. The comedy show was not very good. Musicians were not very good. Same thing over and over.

5 goes to our room steward Nino. Some staff on board were kind of rude.

Clean room. Plenty of room for two adults. Lots of storage. Good view.

Ship tip

Don’t try to carry off your luggage. Check it the night before. Bring a power strip. Only two plug ins.

Loved Cozumel. Shopped downtown then went to a resort and spent the rest of the day. It was wonderful.

Disembarkation

Horrible. We decided to carry our luggage off the ship. Big mistake. The line to get off was wrapped around the elevators. Very unorganized and confusing.

It’s a good ship for a relaxing vacation. It’s not for those who have to busy as it doesn’t have all the restaurants and other activities.

I'd give it another try. Speaking as an Activity Director, there's always something going on. Check your cruise compass (extras are available at Guest Services), the CCTV channel in your room, the cruise line's app, or just listen to the announcements. All of that information is accessible through those channels. It's up to you to check what's going on.

Appreciate your feedback. I do hope you give cruising another try. As I am sure you were told things are not yet normal. A few things are better ( muster drill). Glad you seemed to enjoy yourself anyway.
