Excellent service with pricey, spotty internet service.

Review summary
So far, so good. Check in went really smoothly. If you have your documents ready, they have you on the cruise ship before you know it. The app for Royal Caribbean helps make everything flow before you get on the boat, and especially when you are on the boat. Make certain you download the app as soon as you book a cruise. Overall, you get a good cruise experience with this ship. I have to go fix another plate... Wait... my snag with the company... THE INTERNET PACKAGE. You have to pay 20+ dollars a day to use wifi on the boat. That's just simple text messages and whatnot. I was told by a phone representative that their was a cafe on the boat that would allow simple messages to go through on a free wifi. That was not the case whatsoever. I felt like I was caught in a bait and switch scheme. You need an inexpensive basic internet just to let people know you are okay. You can pay $2 a day to chat with people on the app...but everything else is expensive.Embarkation
