Overall we enjoyed our cruise. However it would have been better if crew was more visible and better communication between captain and passengers.

Ship could not dock. Very disappointing. The compensation for not docking was an insult.

There isn't compensation for missing ports for whatever reason. Since you didn't visit the port, they have to return the port fees that were collected.
