Review summary

We are Diamond Plus members and it took us 36 hours to get the water and drink choices delivered to our cabin. We enjoyed the entertainment and Diamond Lounge. Rafael is a great Concierge in the Diamond Lounge and if you had an issue would pull out his phone and contact the person to fix and had it done immediately.

Never visit the Specialty Restaurants. Dining room food and service were good but could use some upgrading. Windjammer is always a good place for meals but hard to get seating on sea days.

Onboard Activities

Spent time in Solarium pool only but extremely difficult to find chairs on sea days and sometimes other days also. Do not participate in rock climbing wall and fitness center.

Room steward could have done a better job on our bathroom on embarkation day. It smelled of urine. He re cleaned it and was remarkably better. We had to call maintenance to clear our sink drainage. I was on Majesty on Oct 23, 2019 and had call maintenance there also. Why don't the eoom stewards take care of the issues. They are in the cabins twice a day everyday.

Ship needs some updating in carpet and upholstery in our cabin was spotted and dirty. Most of the ship was kept clean.

It would be much better if the stateroom attendants could do maintenance checks but they barely have enough time to do all their staterooms 2x per day. Forget about inspections on turnaround days with just 4hrs to get their staterooms ready.
