Review summary

We had a wonderfully relaxing cruise. Well cared for. The experience for these first timers went beyond our expectations.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Wonderful. I am partially sighted and the embarkation staff could not have been more empathetic to my needs.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food in all restaurants was amazing and of excellent quality. If we had one small complaint it would be the service in the main dining room and the Chops Grille was slow.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Spa, and walking track. We also did the Chefs Table experience which was amazing. And the Bottomless Brunch.. very good experience.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were of good standard.

Children's Programs

We had no children vacating with us.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The first day people were overwhelmed and there was not enough staff to convey instructions or to direct us. The dining times, process and locations were not made clear. We were one of many people wandering about totally lost. It is not always enough to have directions on screens and walls. Especially for the elderly and less able. We need the person to person touch! To be able to voice our confusion etc.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very impressed with the cleanliness.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Perfect layout. Always clean. Bed was comfortable.

Ship tip

To contact cruise liner with any questions about the boat etc ahead of time because it is not always easy to get the information on embarkation.

Did not like this place at all. Too big. Too busy. And our private tour was a disaster

Disembarkation

Again an easy and problem free process.
