Review summary

Main complaint service in cabin...he did not take empty coffee cups or glasses and when asked for ice he told us to get ourselves on the 5th floor...he avoided us as much as possible. This is the first time happening to us...we are Diamond members and love Royal Caribbean

I hope you reported the cabin service during the cruise and then after the cruise, in the cruiseline post cruise survey, if the behaviour was not corrected during the cruise. It is good to share on this venue but any real change comes through on board Customer Services and the cruiselines' post cruise customer satisfaction survey.

Never had that issue, but I'm fairly low maintenance: don't drink coffee and I bring my own drinks aboard.
