We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation with 4 sea days and 3 ports. It was our first Suite experience and we will have a hard time going back to the old way. This was our first trip to the new CoCoCay and we highly recommend it for anyone wanting a stop for pure beach fun whether relaxing on a beach in the sun (or under umbrella) or adventurous time at the water park. If you don't like too much sand - no problem, go to the huge oasis pool. The old CoCoCay was nice, but this one is perfect - really.
Embarkation

Excellent. We arrived at our scheduled time; got right in and only had to wait a few minutes before they were boarding.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We did the Ultimate Dining packages on this trip. It provided for the specialty restaurants each night and lunch on sea days. On Adventure there is only Chops, Giovani's and Izumi (sushi but no hibachi). We rotated each evening and had wonderful, high-end meals each night. THe hard part now is getting off the weight we gained.
Onboard Activities

This was our first Suite experience and it was great on sea days to have a reserved lounger in the sun on the pool deck. It certainly spoiled me and will be hard to go back to regular cruising after this.
Entertainment

The only show we went to was the "Oh, What a Night!" Four Seasons tribute show. It was great. In fact, they were better than the Jersey Boys show in NYC.

Cabin / Stateroom

It will be hard to go back to a regular cabin after having the Suite experience. Very large room with lounger on the balcony. We had a dining table and 2 chairs for when we ordered room service (both in the cabin and on the balcony). The Suite Lounge was a wonderful service with beverages and hor devours every night. They have a continental breakfast but we never made it to the lounge for that. We went to Giovani's for breakfast many mornings as this was a Suite guest option.
Ship tip
Great size ship for Goldilocks - not too big and not too small - just right!
I wish I could give this port more stars. We are regular cruisers and many times just stay on the ship in port. I have always enjoyed CoCoCay but have missed the port a couple of times because of weather and having to tender in. The new pier made getting on the island great and all the changes have taken a great stop up to a truly PERFECT stop. There are more chairs (and all new) and beach areas than before. Every 2-4 chairs has a table and umbrella already set up and ready when you get to the beach (no charge). The new pool is wonderful. With the extra eating area and spaces hardly any lines for lunch. There is a tram to assist people getting to/from the ship and the island and then to the far side if you wanted to really get away. Everyone who went to the water parked seemed to enjoy it - we didn't but there were many who did. The waterslides looked great - VERY tall with lots and lots of steps to climb to get to the top. Great workout for those who did.
