Main dining was ok. Our waiter kept interrupting my wife’s and I conversation just to make sure we were enjoying dinner. I get once or twice but 8 to 9 times, it got to be a little annoying. The food was excellent. Chops is my favorite restaurant on board Royal Caribbean International ships.

Waiter was annoying. Room steward was excellent. Guest service person was rude and unprofessional. Went to get change for a hundred and requested tens... she told me I will get whatever she gives me! Very rude. I told her excuse me! I know you know how to speak to guests better than that. She apologized and then informed me she can only give me what she has available. I advised why didn’t you say it like that to begin with?!

Glad you enjoyed the cruise in spite of those 2 service issues. Sounds like you were able to guide the Guest Services person back to a reasonable service level. I think wherever possible, a polite correction helps everyone, future cruisers and the staff member. Not sure about what to do about that waite staff though. We have seen similar but they seemed to read our focus on our food and each other without us having to tell them to ease up.
