Review summary

Overall, we had a pleasant cruise. However, we may try a different cruise line for a future trip. We had sailed with Royal Caribbean 4 times now. Seems things have deteriorated over the years as far as service goes.

Main dining room was mostly excellent. We did have an issue at breakfast, which was handle and rectified.

A couple incidents. Would not recommend paying extra for the internet service. It was horrible. Customer Service Representative was rude

Don’t buy internet, and plan for higher prices with less service in some areas

This is a lot of waiting for your number to be called. The luggage pick up was very unorganized and high wait times—even for cabs
